Training and retraining
The KSP Steel management is well aware of the fact that there is a need for highly qualified specialists for Kazakhstan’s only producer of seamless pipes to work successfully. Therefore, the company regards staff training as an investment in the company’s future. To this end, the company has set up an advance training department where employees improve their knowledge and skills. In addition, new members of staff can acquire one of the professional qualifications that are most needed at the plant. Trainers from among the experts of the plant conduct the training. The training programmes include all of the necessary topics in accordance with qualification requirements, basic standards and specifications. Training programmes provide for both theoretical and practical instruction. Upon completion of the courses, each specialist passes qualification examinations.
